Four Trustees make up the Township Board along with the Supervisor. This body of officials is responsible for:
- adopting/certifying tax levies for both the town and road district
- adopt the annual town budget and appropriation ordinance
- adopt the annual road district budget and appropriation ordinance
- auditing and approving all legally incurred township expenses for payment
- auditing bills submitted by the highway commissioner
